She is an accomplished Founder with extensive experience in the educational sector and a strong focus on organic food production, particularly in organic rice farming. With a proven track record in agricultural value chains and agro-produce supply chains, Sherifah combines a passion for sustainable practices with effective business strategies.
Skilled in customer service and strategic planning, she excels in teaching and mentoring, fostering growth and innovation in her teams. Her expertise in project management and leadership allows her to navigate complex challenges while driving impactful results. Additionally, Sherifah possesses a keen aptitude for strategic sales
planning and marketing, enabling her to develop and implement successful
business initiatives.
As a strong entrepreneurship professional, Sherifah is dedicated to promoting sustainable agricultural practices and enhancing the quality of education within her community. She is committed to leveraging her diverse skill set to create lasting positive change in the agricultural and food sectors.
Sherifah has a Bachelor degree in Petroleum and Petrochemical Science from Tai Solarin University of Education and she is a certified project manager and HSE professional.
Arch. Saheed Oluwaseyi Busari
Administratives Head & Operations
Saheed brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the architectural and construction industries to his role as Head of Admin at Holutosine. Holding both an Ordinary and a Higher Diploma Degrees in Architectural Technology respectively, he has a solid foundation in architectural principles and practices.
In addition to his architectural background, Saheed has over a decade of diverse agricultural experience, including animal husbandry, poultry management, aquaculture, and cash crop production. His hands-on expertise in goat rearing, poultry, fishery, and the cultivation of cocoa beans and cassava demonstrates his commitment to sustainable practices and operational efficiency. Saheed’s multifaceted background not only enhances his leadership capabilities but also enriches Holutosine’s operational framework, ensuring a seamless integration of architectural innovation and agricultural sustainability.
He has an OHD and HND from Lagos state Polytechnic and Yaba College of Technology respectively and he is an aspiring member of the National Institute Architecture (NIA).
Ms. Barakah Owolabi
Human Resources & Operations
Barakat is a versatile and proactive HR Generalist with over 3 years of hands-on experience across the core functions of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation across agriculture, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
Proven ability to build HR structures from the ground up, streamline operational processes, and foster positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Skilled in working with diverse teams, managing HRIS systems (Odoo), and offering advisory on organizational development, change management, and people strategy.
Rukayat O. Agboola ESQ
Legal Team Head
Rukayat Agboola is an accomplished legal practitioner with over a decade of experience at the bar. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and Forensic Psychology from the Nigerian Defense Academy in Kaduna, as
well as an LLB from the esteemed Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria.
