Work and Payment Policies:

Work and Payment Policies for Local and Foreign Sourcing Agents (LSAs & FSAs)

 A. Scope of Work

The primary responsibilities of LSAs and FSAs include:

  1. Sourcing: Identify and connect with sellers and buyers of Holutosine’s products and services, both locally and internationally.
  2.  Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to encourage patronage of Holutosine products and services.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the purchase, sale, and safe delivery of high-quality goods and services to designated locations or warehouses.
  4. Collaboration: Work effectively with Holutosine’s sales/marketing, aggregation, procurement, quality assurance, storage, and logistics teams to achieve 100% service delivery.
  5.  Reporting:  Provide timely reports and feedback about prospective clients, buyers, and sellers.
  6. Completion of Sales: LSAs and FSAs will receive payment only after achieving 100% sales or purchase targets.

B. Payment Structure

  1. Commission Rate:  LSAs and FSAs will receive a commission of 0.1% of the total sum of goods sold to Holutosine or purchased by Holutosine, as well as 0.1% of the total charges for services rendered by any clients referred to Holutosine.
  2. Payment Timing:  Commissions will be paid after the successful completion of sales or purchase transactions, following the verification of the achieved targets.

C. Reporting and Accountability

  1. LSAs and FSAs are required to submit detailed reports on their activities, including updates on prospective clients and feedback on the market dynamics.
  2. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of sourcing efforts and collaboration with internal teams.
